The genesis of our company was new construction, land planning and development, and multiple builder representation for lot sales and lot/house packages. Our efforts included full custom design-build projects as large as 15,000 s/f and as small as 1/1 condos under $100,000. Our initial project was Tampa Palms, a 7000 acre master planned community in what is now called New Tampa. When we started, it was on a road commonly referred to as “The Road To Nowhere.” Approximately 20,000 people now call it home.

Since then we have continued to represent both local & national builders and developers with full service assistance and advice from concept to closing.
